  1. NOx (Nitrogen Oxide) emissions in petrol engines should reduce by 25%.
  2. NOx emissions in diesel engines should lower by a more substantial 68%.
  3. PM emissions from diesel engines are expected to drop significantly by 80%.

The decrease in emission percentage is a significant aspect of BS6 standards. The goal is to enhance air quality by reducing the environmental impact of vehicles.
